My client is looking to recruit a high profile Credit Manager to join their business on an interim project basis. The role is an exciting opportunity for someone to take full control of the credit function and be involved in some exciting Credit control, Team and Cash based projects, for what is proving to be an exciting time for the business, experiencing high levels of growth. The main responsibilities of the role and team will include; collection of sales ledger invoices as per agreed terms, improving cash flow, effective reporting of the sales ledger to the business and communicating any action required. Motivating and developing the team will also form a major part of the role. You will have experience of managing and restructuring large teams and implementing KPI's as these will form some of the key projects as part of your role. You will have experience around Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger, O2C experience, gained within a large company environment. You will have strong credibility and inter personal skills and the ability to have serious impact during your time there.
