Delighted to be the exclusive partner to a leading outsourcing provider for the recruitment of an Interim Finance Analyst. The business is rapidly expanding both organically and acquisitivley in which the need for a reliable, committed and professinal interim is needed.

You will form part of a newly created finance integration team in which there are no existing processes or procedures in place, hence you must be willing to "role your sleeves up" when needed.

Key Responsibilitieswill include:

• Reviewing and documenting current finance processes around budgeting and reforecasting.
• Developing an understanding of the acquired businesses, their revenue, costs and working capital movements.
• Production of management accounts, accruals, pre-payments, budgeting and forecasting.
• Working with the acquired businesses commercial teams to understand the trading function and inputs into the financials.
• Working with the acquired businesses commercial teams to create 2020 business plan.
• Assisting the reforecasting process and creation of an integrated working capital model for the acquired businesses.
• Working with the current group finance function to feed into the monthly reporting cycles.
• Documenting process maps to hand over to the permanent finance team once in place.

The post holder should be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified). It is imperative that you are comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing and transformative business on a large scale.
