Interim Finance Business Partner required to support a prestigious Logistics business in the Coventry area with their Property portfolio.

• Lead, manage and support the Property Capex and Opex process, ensuring there is control and tight management of spend & variances against the business case are understood & challenged.
• Challenge the Property stream to control costs and support them in managing any divergences from targets.
• Lead and manage the production of business cases for property Capex spend (mainly refurbishments of depots/hubs).
• Develop relationships and act as a catalyst between the business and finance.
• Support management of the financial forecast
