We have been appointed to find a suitable Interim PE Turnaround Finance Director to support the Managing Director and take overall responsibility for the finance function.

My client is a Prestiguous Manufacturing organisation and is Private Equity backed as well as rapidly expanding.

You'll work closely with the Managing Director supporting the business including growth plans and have a keen eye on the cash-flow and future projections for the business.

Reporting directly to the MD, the Interim Finance Director is vital in providing financial leadership and aligning business and financial strategy to drive business development.

You will navigate the growth across the UK, manage risk, provide objective counsel, and bring analytical rigor to strategic choices.

You will also manage the finance function including treasury, financial reporting, accounting, cash flow management, financial modelling, and developing existing financial systems to monitor and improve profitability as well as work on a complete transformation of the finance team.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with significant Post Qualified Experience gained from within Private Equity or Owner Managed Businesses.

This role is offered on a LTD Company day rate c£500 - c£600 per day on an initial 6 mth + interim basis.
