Marks Sattin is partnering a well respected Financial Services client based in West Yorkshire where an opportunity has arisen as an Internal Audit Manager. Working closely with the senior managers, you will be provided with a high level of autonomy to undertake a commercial approach to delivering the audit plan for the year.

Within the role, you will be responsible for:-

• Reviewing the systems and controls established by Management and the Board to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and any other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identifying and champion continuous improvement within your area and across the business where appropriate
• Ensuring you follow all relevant internal procedures to support the management of Operational Risk.
• Working closely with all colleagues within and across teams to support delivery of departmental plans.
• Provide an up to date knowledge & understanding of the impact of financial services & other regulation

To deliver in this role you will have experience working in a highly regulated environment and have the ability to provide a commercial view to the business when providing high risk audits.
