Experience

1-2 years exp in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, 1^st line Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk Analyst, IT Support Analyst, IT Helpdesk Engineer, IT Support Engineer (or similar)

Helpdesk Support & End user support, troubleshooting and problem solving

Typical Helpdesk & 1^st Line IT Support activities such as reset passwords , AD creation, O365, etc

Ideally you will have experience working in financial services

You must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment where flexibility & resilience is key
