A leading global Hospitality organisation are looking to bring in an experienced senior IT Operations Director to head up their award winning European team. This is a brand new role where the IT Operations Director will work closely with the Group CIO and Director of Digital in continuing to establish an industry leading technology department that continues to be disruptive within the market.

Expertise/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving projects and service through European regions related to infrastructure consolidation, innovation, cloud solution and simplification of infrastructure architecture to become more cost effective, agile and in alignment with the firm's strategy.
• Owner of operations environment: infrastructure, telecom, datacenters and local Head Office environment to support the business in each Hub
• Manage IT expert teams in the HUB to support their development, improve their entrepreneurship, align team mind-set with Digital and Technology European's strategy and improve team climate
• Responsible for cost optimization and innovation solution for the region
• Minimum of 10 years IT Operations / Infrastructure experience
• Must have previous hospitality industry experience
• Previous matrix management across several international locations
• Frequent travel to the European hubs
• Previous Experience as: IT Operations Director, Head of IT Operations, IT Infrastructure Director, Head of IT Infrastructure
