Expertise & Responsibilities

• Solid experience as IT Support Engineer, IT Support Technician, 1^st Line Engineer, Helpdesk Engineer, Helpdesk Support Engineer or similar
• You will provide 1^st line support to internal customers, responding to system alerts & calls (head office, retail stores, online & distribution centres)
• Strong troubleshooting & diagnosis skills to deal with issues & faults swiftly, escalating where necessary
• Knowledge of Windows XP, 10, O365, AD & networks, with understanding of mobile device management
• Hardware & software asset management
• Liaising with third-party suppliers where necessary
• As IT Support Engineer, Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will be client focused with a willingness to learn new skills
