Job Title: Junior Fund Accountant | Permanent | Dublin | Excellent Opportunity | Fund Services

My client based in Dublin are currently recruiting for a Junior Fund Accountant to join their growing fund accounting team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive organisation and build out your skillset. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for a number of clients in the areas of NAV calculation, shareholder reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Update accurate fund records through reconciliation's and reporting
• Processing of all trades
• Calculate daily market value of portfolio holdings
• Calculate daily net asset value
• Complete daily and non-daily compliance testing
• Complete month-end reporting requirements

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in a similar fund accounting role is essential
• An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
• An accountancy qualification would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Access
