-) Solid experience working as Lead IT Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, Senior IT Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst. or similar, with a breadth of expertise

-) Expected you will have experience across range of disciplines including Agile, Scrum, Sprints, Lean, Kanban, RAD & Waterfall

-) To drive Business Change as Lead IT Business Analyst you will leverage your strong communication & analytical skills, business relationships, & business process expertise to understand, document & analyse to drive & deliver change & transformation across the business

-) Drives effective requirements definition that creates objective, testable requirements that results in a business solution which meets or exceeds the defined objectives.

-) Prepares business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving benefits through development of new/changed processes, & associated business risks.
