MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT with team lead responsibilities - Brand new opportunity!

Brand new and exceptional opportunity for a Management Accountant who wants to report directly to the Head of Finance, and who has the mentoring skills to be able to manage a small transactional finance team incorporating Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

You'll be great in working in this privately owned business which demands you to be quick thinking, and where the ability to adapt to ever-changing business needs is key in a highly entrepreneurial/creative environment.

You'll be working for the Head of Finance with a dotted line in to senior stakeholders/budget holders, and will have an autonomous role covering all of the below:

• Working with the Head of Finance to produce month end accounts including ensuring that all aspects of transactional finance are fed in in line with short month-end deadlines
• Providing commentary on variances and any actuals vs budgets
• Handling all aspects of cash and bank reconciliations across multi-currencies
• Managing a team of up to 3 in the transactional finance team ensuring they have accurate workload and productivity
