We are partnering with a fantastic Marketing businesses based in Reading to assist in their search for a Management Accountant. The role would suit a Newly Qualified/Finalist ACCA/CIMA candidate who has relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Driving the month end processes to ensure that timely and accurate management information is presented to the business and management team including management accounts and financial commentary
• Assisting the FC with the annual statutory accounts and preparing for the annual audit
• Supporting operations of the business to drive efficiency, profitability and growth
• Ensuring that meaningful and accurate variance analysis is delivered on a monthly basis to better understand performance and cost
• Providing capital expenditure analysis to support wider business
• Ownership of financial ledgers ensuring that all sub-ledgers are in acceptable order and that balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled
• Managing the budget and forecast setting process on a quarterly and annual basis
• Assisting the wider finance team with any ad hoc duties
