Start your job searchAmazing opportunity for a Part time HR Manager to join one of our favourite clients in the Thames Valley. This ultra-fast paced SME is growing at an exceptional rate, benefiting from a great product, super marketing and best in class leadership. The business is now up to 20 heads are requires someone who is well versed in HR to assist in a broad and all-encompassing remit. The structure is lean, flat and very accountable. This is a rare opportunity for an individual to really make their mark in a fast-growing, award winning company in Berkshire!
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring all relevant Employment legislation and integrating it as appropriate
- Employment contract management
- New employee/ new joiner process update and management
- Update and ownership of new staff on-boarding programme
- Management of staff development programmes
- Management of staff review process
- Management of all recruitment relationships for the business; creation of briefs with business managers.
- Management of all disciplinary procedure documentation and events.
Given there is no HRD in the business, you'll need to be experienced in a standalone role, comfortable in a plethora of HR areas. You'll need to be a conscientious and ambitious team member who will treat the business with the enthusiasm and diligence as though it were their own. You must have drive, common sense, determination, buckets of confidence, a hands-on approach, a can-do attitude and great sense of fun.
