The Company

I'm currently working with a client that are on the lookout for a driven pay & reward assistant to be a part of the HR & organisational Development team within the not-for-profit sector.

The company have a vision to become the UK's leading health and wellbeing mutual community and have been providing corporate healthcare services to employers and their employees for over 110 years.

The Job

You will be responsible for processing the organisation's payroll in a timely and accurate manner while creating and maintaining employees' payroll records. Calculate wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance. You will also enter payroll information into central system for processing and issue employees' checks and earnings summaries.

You

Ideally you will need at least 2 years' experience in payroll with some involvement in reward and benefits. Attention to detail is essential with ability to multi task and work well under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills is needed with a knowledge of standard office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
