Working within a group of companies, predominantly focussing their attentions within the property sector based in Watford. This role will report to the Financial Director and will cover the following areas:

• Payroll - responsibility for 7 payrolls, including rti returns and allocation of costs. Liaising with HR department.
• Processing monthly pension submissions for above companies, including management of auto-enrolment process.
• Maintenance of accounting records for a number of companies, including reconciliation of cash takings to hotel accounting system.
• Daily reconciliation of bank accounts for above companies.
• Purchase ledger processing and payments.
• Maintenance of accounting records for group pension fund.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and auditors as required.
• Other duties as required, including provision of cover for other accounts team members.
