A well known private equity-backed business is looking for a Chief Financial Officer in the South West of England to join their management team. The company's performance over the past few years has been exponential, and the existing management and private equity backers intend to continue their growth up to and beyond an exit in the next few years. They are looking for a candidate who will be able to take ownership of the finance function and stay with the business throughout these exciting milestones.

They are looking for a candidate who has been number one in a sizeable private equity backed business and can demonstrate significant growth, active participation in board-level debate, and the smooth integration of acquisitions. They require candidates who can demonstrate their success in a high growth environment as a Finance Director or group Financial Controller.

As Chief Financial Officer, your first task will be to fine tune the finance function and ready it for further growth. Going forward you will have to carefully manage cash flow, balance sheets, and capex spending, examples of work in these areas is advantageous. As a leader within the company you will be expected to work effectively and inspire others in a fast paced and challenging environment. Experience in a highly leveraged company is strongly preferred as well as an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) which is required.
