Our client, a well known wholesale distribution business backed by a very successful private equity house, requires an experienced Chief Financial Officer with precise eye for detail to partner a commercially astute senior management team to drive growth.

The business supplies to a multi network of outlets. They are continuously focused on product development and improvement, and achieving top notch customer service.

The responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Upgrading the sophistication and transparency of the financial structure
• Developing, monitoring, reporting and interpretation of business KPIs, and business strategy as part of management board team
• Evaluating profit and cost efficiencies in both their wholesale and retail business
• Expertise in multi site businesses, inventory, cash flow and fast paced stock management
• Provide trading support for the private equity house
• Conduct data analysis to develop commercial offerings

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on, enthusiastic leader with experience working as a CFO in a PE backed business, preferably in retail, wholesale or e-commerce industries.
