A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Portfolio Operations Team, a group of 8 in Dublin within the Real Assets Group. The group invests in Infrastructure and Real Estate assets globally and are undertaking a project to automate the reporting of dozens of project companies onto the Yardi system.
Responsibilities:
- Primary project contact ensuring timetable is met and adhered to by the team
- Reconciliation and validation of existing data
- Migration and reconciliation of Data onto the system
- Assisting in the design and testing of Reports
- Review and analysis of annual budgets for all portfolio assets
- Effective communication of asset performance for budgets to Senior Management and the Team
- Portfolio and project cash management and distributions.
Requirements:
- The business is looking an experienced accountant, ideally with similar systems exposure in a real estate environment
- Data migration and reconciliation is highly beneficial, along with end-to-end project management experience.
