A leading international Property Brand is seeking a Property Accountant to join their Central London offices. The position is expected to be at least 6 months with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.

The main purpose of the position will be to take ownership for the accounting of the property portfolio and dealing with operational accounting matters. Responsibilities will include reporting property valuations and assessing project performance, as well as reconciling data between systems. The individual will also need to be comfortable reporting the property income on an accruals basis and the booking of the quarterly property revaluation journal.

The successful candidate will need to be a Qualified candidate and will also need to have prior property experience.
