A world leading fund administration firm is looking for a graduate to join their finance team as Purchase Ledger Clerk. This exciting opportunity will offer excellent exposure to the financial services industry working for a firm that provide study support and opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities include:

• Running the accounts payable for a portfolio of Real Estate clients
• Ensure all invoices are recorded, coded and uploaded.
• Set up payment runs and coordinate the payment approval process with Senior Management
• Maintain cashbooks and reconcile bank accounts regularly.
• Resolve Accounts Payable related client queries in a professional and timely manner
• Other ad hoc tasks/projects as requested by the client

The ideal candidate for this role will be a high calibre 2:1 graduate. Prior accounts payable or payment experience is essential. Prior experience of SUN systems would also be advantageous but not necessary.
