Marks Sattin are currently working in partnership with a leading Financial Services organisation based in Wimbledon, South West London. This is for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join well established team that is within a rapidly expanding business on a permanent basis. The salary will be ranging from £23,000 to £26,000 including a great benefits package which does include an annual bonus.

The Role:

This Purchase Ledger Clerk will be joining a brilliant team that we have worked with for many years. This role is working for a specific division of the business, the largest within the organisation, gaining exposure across all. This role will be focused on processing high volume invoices on a weekly basis on SAP, liaising with different departments to problem solve queries when they arise. Also, this positon will also assist in month end close and producing reports for the Financial Controller and supervisors in order to help the wider business. There will also be other ad-hoc duties when required.

The Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one - two years' experience within an accounts payable function. Being able to deal with high volumes is very important for this role, as well as then maintaining the high level of attention to detail on a day to day basis. Also, being able to work independently as well as working in a team is very important, someone who wants to be a team player is vital for the culture fit and in turn being successful in this position. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to come into this this outstanding business and build an exciting career. Also, again preference would be someone who has experience using SAP, ideally in a AP function and someone who has experience with PO's (purchase orders) before.
