Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Type: Permanent Part Time Position, 25 Hours p/w

Responsible to: Financial Accountant

Location: Henley on Thames

Responsibility for the purchase ledger to include;

• Coding and processing purchase invoices and credit notes

• Reconciliation of supplier statements to purchase ledger

• General maintenance of purchase ledger
• Management and review of aged creditors list
• Posting of bank transactions and bank account reconciliation
• Ad hoc duties to support the finance team

The ideal candidate will have good Excel and communication skills. Experience in a similar role is essential. Competitive salary.
