Marks Sattin is working with leading financial services organisation which has continues to go from strength to strength over the last couple of years and going through a sustained period of growth. They are now requited for a QRM Manager to work in this highly skilled and respected team.

You will have exposure of Retail, Wholesale and Treasury instruments and their valuation methods including Interest Rate Swaps and Options. You will develop an understanding of pipeline risk, prepayment risk, and option adjusted spread methodologies.

This is a great chance for someone who understands Market Value, Earnings at Risk and Value at Risk. The job holder will be developing ALM models to be used for hedging market risk. These models are material from a P&L perspective to Group.

You will have the ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables as well as implement a initiative to proactively find solutions to requirements. You do not need to have the exact experience as they are willing to train and develop someone who has strong foundation and understanding.
