We are currently recruiting for a Fund accountant on a 12 month Fixed Term basis for a large London based Property Asset Manager.

The successful individual will take full responsibility for controlling and managing the financial accounting and reporting for a number of real estate and infrastructure funds.

Responsibilities:

- Making sure fund pricing and financial reporting is produced consistently, on time and to a high standard,

- Ensuring the appropriate controls over fund accounting, pricing, and reporting are in place.

- Manage the annual audit process for relevant funds and entities working closely with auditors to ensure an efficient and timely audit.

- Build strong relationships with external service providers.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
• A deep knowledge of the current IFRS standards.
• Proven stakeholder management skills

Rate: £50-55kpa depending on experience
