Real Estate Fund Finance (facilitate deal closing) - 12m Fixed Term Contract

A large real estate investment fund has an exciting role for a commercially astute fund controller with experience of being the bridge between finance and the deal team to support on transacations and valuations.

This is a 12 month FTC, paying in the region £70,000-£80,000 + benefits


The successful candidate will be supporting accounting matters pertaining to acquisitions, disposals, corporate and fund structures.

Responsibilities may include:

- Advising on accounting and tax matters in relation to deals

- Managing debt financing facilities and maintaining the loan covenants

- Ensuring compliance with fund investment governance

- Reviewing fund valuations

- Advising on accounting policy for transactions

- Managing internal and external stakeholders


To be considered for this role you:

- must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, ACMA etc)

- must have real estate fund control experience

- must have have experience of supporting the deal team with accounting matters related to closing deals

- should be an energetic, self starter and strong communicator
