We are looking for a confident, organised and efficient student to join Marks Sattin in Leeds for an Industrial Placement Year as part of their degree.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work in the Leeds office in providing all round support in all areas of recruitment but in particular, improving our database of clients and contacts. You will be responsible for adding new clients to our database and helping to market map current and non-active clients. You will be identifying target clients based on external market research. There will also be the opportunity to rotate on to different markets/desks and take more of a responsibility resourcing candidates for live roles as your role develops. This will lead to headhunting candidates, helping to generate leads and placing advertisements online. Your role will also include day to day administrative duties.

Criteria:

To succeed in your year-long placement with Marks Sattin you will need to be detail oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multitask. We're looking for someone that has good interpersonal skills and has the drive to work to the best of their ability.
