Start your job searchA global Investment Bank in the heart of City recruiting for a Change and Controls Analyst into their Regulatory Reporting department in Finance. Their London office is one of the largest across the group with approximately 900 employees.
You will play a key part in analysing the capital and liquidity impact of existing and new products. This will involve:
- Keeping abreast of changes in the regulatory landscape, not only in the UK, but Europe as well
- Identifying and putting into place process improvements int he firm's regulatory control environment
- Assist in preparing the test plan for system migration from the tactical solution to the strategic solution
- Liaise with stakeholders on project delivery and business requirements
- Develop test scenarios / cases by modelling financial products into the chosen strategic platform
This list is not exhaustive, but would be an ideal role for a recently qualified chartered accountant with previous Regulatory audit experience. Additionally, Regulatory Business Analysts are also welcome to be considered.
Your Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (or studying towards an Accountancy qualification)
- Good understanding of the UK and European Regulatory environment
- UAT testing experience for smaller projects
- Experience in working in a Regulated environment (Banking, Capital Markets)
