A well-known high street fashion retailer located in Central London is currently in search of a Reporting Analyst to cover maternity leave for a period of 9 months.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintenance of daily, weekly and monthly reporting timetable;
• Daily reporting of sales and margin;
• Weekly trade reporting, including KPI performance;
• Monthly reporting of store profitability;
• Monthly reporting of store payroll;
• Calculating store bonus targets and calculation of monthly bonus accrual;
• Ad-hoc reporting on performance of promotions and trial initiatives;
• Relevant reporting to external parties (including industry indices, turnover rent, royalties, etc);
• Updating reports to reflect latest budgets and forecasts;
• Production of monthly capital project reporting;
• Maintenance of all data files and output reports;
• Building and running new reports as requested.

A background in retail is highly desirable (or a product-based industry such as wholesale or FMCG would be considered favourable). Moreover, you must have sufficient reporting experience to be considered for this position.
