Marks Sattin are currently working with a Manufacturing business based in Bradford to assist with the recruitment of a Sales & Project Support Manager, the role is to be based in the back office looking at process improvements from Order to Invoice and the ways of working.

This is a new role and has come about due to a lack of consistency in approach across the group (different countries), the decision has been made to roll out a new TOM and WOW, using the UK as a blueprint for the rest of the Group. You will look at the whole back office process from Order to Invoice, where you will be expected to implement cultural / behavioural change as well as business process change.

The business have a 3 year plan to grow from £100m to £120m (Group is a Billion T/O), this is through acquisitions and moving into new markets. The UK business has the backing from Group to grow and they are very quick to move, allowing the plans that are put in place being acted upon swiftly.

Skills;

• Proven experience in business process change and analysis.
• Experience working for a Manufacturing, retail, logistics organisation.

• First class communication skills, you can take complex end to end processes and analyse outputs.
• A skilled process improvement professional with various experiences.
• Proven leadership and people management capability.
• Ideally experience working within a sales office environment.
