Globally brand name have an urgent requirement for a Sales Analytics Specialist to manage and track progress of the Offshore Analytics team. Key responsibilities:

• Coach and drive insightful sales and activity reporting for the division
• Work with offshore teams to drive process improvement
• Provide integration strategy for sales data from external sources
• Design and implement incentive programmes for Sales teams
• Implement internal process to review and challenge business decisions

To be considered for this highly desirable role, you will have ideally had experience of Sales Reporting within a large multinational where you have been responsible for interpreting large volumes of data from multiple streams. Experience in setting strategy and taking a lead in programme/ project delivery within a sales focused business. Previous BA/BI/MI role in finance where you have created high value / big impacting reports would be beneficial and you must be comfortable with SAP and Excel.
