A global media brand, based in C London, are looking for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master role is business critical and will coach and guide the Scrum team, ensuring the team applies Scrum principles appropriately and that the agile events take place. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master who will play a key role across the business including Finance, HR, Global Business Services, Legal, and Compliance in making sure the business-wide agile transformation is a success.

Expertise/Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as: Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Project Manager, Scrum Coach, Head of Scrum
• Ensure that the Scrum team achieve the sprint goals and the commitment agreed within sprint planning
• Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate and influence teams in applying agile principles and maintaining focus on development of high quality output to achieve sprint goals
• Excellent knowledge of agile Scrum methodology and practices
• Knowledge of scrum, lean, XP, Kanban and other Agile development techniques.
• Agile/Scrum qualified or equivalent
• Thorough understanding of iterative development, as well as the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• Coach and guide the team during the sprint through reinforcing and encouraging the team to follow core agile principles of collaboration, regular communication and transparency
• Advocate and demonstrate the benefits of the Agile Process in the wider organisation
• Build agile capability within the business by training team members in agile techniques
