An analyst is actively involved in the Corporate Finance team. An analyst supports during the origination process - such as synthesizing information, sector research, valuation modelling, preparing presentations and being part of client meetings and pitches. The Sector Banking team follows our client's international strategy that is focussed only on the food & agriculture sector. The team works closely together with the M&A and other product execution teams and provides sector input during execution processes of M&A and other product transactions, such as preparing marketing materials and sector valuations.

The team you'd be joining advises the global client base which consists of all leading companies in the food & agriculture sector. Clients include public companies, privately owned companies and financial sponsors ("private equity firms"). With c. 120 Corporate Finance professionals around the globe and dedicated banking teams in the Netherlands, New York, Madrid, Paris, Frankfurt, Mumbai and Singapore, our client offers full support to its clients in (cross-border) Corporate Finance transactions.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Preference to have relevant internships and/or other activities that support a strong affiliation with corporate finance and/or the food & agriculture industry
  • Relevant extra-curricular success

Education

  • Bachelor's degree at University (Master's degree in Europe)

Required knowledge

  • Good command of the English language is required, while another (European) language is looked upon favourably.
