SENIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT

Brand new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a highly successful and close-knit team of a multi-million turnover privately owned business.

Operating in a high growth sector including Pharma-Bio and Manufacturing, this business has gone from strength to strength over the past year and has recently moved in to brand new, modern offices so the working environment is fantastic.

Reporting in to the Head of Accounts Payable, with a dotted line in to the Financial Controller and other senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for, and have exposure to the following:

• Processing volume invoices on behalf of up to 10 Group businesses

• Assisting in processing all employee expenses

• Handling all aspects of accounts payable including query escalations, payment runs and multiple statement reconciliations

• Liaising with suppliers effectively

• Handling queries on behalf of Group and managing these in a timely manner

• Making suggestions and assisting in all areas of continuous improvement
