COMMERCIAL FINANCE ANALYST - £45,000 + Benefits

Highly Commercial Financial Planning Analyst is required for this highly innovative sports business which is looking to expand rapidly and diversify in to new business areas.

Working in the retail and distribution sector, you'll be working as number two in finance to the Head of Finance and Operations, and will have a direct dotted line to the Board of Directors. You'll have a first class background in making a difference to a business, and may be familiar with working with an owner managed business to take it to the next commercial level and level of performance. Working with all internal divisions including operations, supply chain, digital and marketing, you'll be directly responsible for making recommendations along the senior management team in terms of devising new reporting suites, processes and procedures, and will be pivotal in reaching sales targets in line with the organisations expansion plans.

You will be the conduit for all things Finance in the organisation and will be liaising with external stakeholders on a daily basis, and undoubtedly providing weekly and monthly management information to them in order to update on sales vs actual, and that the business is on track to meet its targets. You'll have an appreciation of stocks, margins, and the highest levels of customer service as this is such a premier brand in its market.
