My client is a leading financial services organisation, based in a fantastic location in Skipton. An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Decision Support team to provide support to the line manager.

Main duties for this role will include the Provision of accurate and timely outputs to support line manager on business support, creating value added analysis by applying expertise and advice for the right business decisions, and making sure that information and knowledge is effectively captured, analysed & utilised for the wider benefit of the team and key stakeholders. This is a very commercial role and would suit someone from a business partnering background with experience in the financial services.

Required skills:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent, part qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA

- Strong commercial acumen and experience dealing with non-finance colleagues

- A background in financial services is highly advantageous

- Experience working as a business partner would be preferred
