Marks Sattin is currently working with a leading logistics company who are currently recruiting for a Senior Internal Auditor who are planning some substantial capital investment over the next 5 years.

You will be working closely with the Head of Internal Audit where you will be delivering a blend of financial and operational audits across the group. Working collaboratively with the business you will be planning, organising, conducting, reporting and following-up of internal audit projects and investigations.

In the role you will:

• Take a lead role in identifying, developing, and documenting audit findings, recommending changes and ensuring remedial actions are completed.
• Participate in communicating audit results to key stakeholders.
• Support the Head of Internal Audit with the Internal Audit Planning & Risk Assessment process and evolution of the Group's Audit Universe.
• Whilst some UK and European travel is required, this is expected to be limited.

Ideally you will be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, IIA) and have experience of delivering risk based internal audits. You will have strong business control experience and have a passion for driving improvements across the business.
