We are partnering with a Top 50 Accountancy firm based in High Wycombe, assisting on their search for a Senior Tax Manager.

The role will consist of managing the direct tax compliance for a portfolio of private and high net worth clients, supporting a team of junior staff and assisting on firm growth and development.

Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Tax planning, covering income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax for individuals and corporate tax for companies.
• Monitoring the teams technical competency and accuracy
• Building relationships with clients and wider networks
• Adhering to deadlines and budgets
• Identifying training needs

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
• Experience working within a practice environment
• Have experience dealing with a range of tax issues
• Experience at management level
