Analyst/Associate - PCT Reporting

A new opening with a large asset management firm at either analyst or associate level. The role will predominantly focus on file regulatory disclosures, including major shareholdings, short selling and takeover panel disclosures. This is a real opportunity to get exposure to multiple business groups and investment products in addition to developing within a truly global international group and firm.

Background You will be joining a team of 13 whose specific role will be focused on Thresholds Reporting activities for the EMEA jurisdictions. Filings are completed on a daily basis with small teams looking after each type of disclosure. The team extensively investigates issues with holdings to complete submission forms and these are audited within the team and submitted in line with deadlines . Deadlines differ depending on disclosure type.

Ideal candidate must: - Have 2-3 years' experience within FS

-Disclosures experience preferred

-Strong reporting skills

-Analyst or Associate level candidate

-Switched on and focused

-Detail orientated

-Team player

-Able to work to deadlines

-Microsoft Office particularly Excel (advanced functionality - V-lookups, Pivots etc) required

-Any experience using Aladdin dashboard will be beneficial

-Able to obtain information externally
