BACKGROUND

Our client is an investment manager specialising in real estate investment strategies of all property types across the UK and Continental Europe. The company currently has over 150 staff and is headquartered in London with office around Europe They are a dynamic and entrepreneurial firm with a disciplined institutional approach to risk management and reporting. The firm currently manages more than €14bn of client assets.

OPPORTUNITY
The client is looking to recruit a Senior Tax Analyst within the Corporate Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, highly driven, and motivated individual to join a market leading group.

Role

  • Review tax returns for the group:
    • Partnership tax returns
    • Corporation tax returns
    • US Schedule K-1 partnership reporting
    • UK VAT returns
    • Reconciling the positions in the balance sheet
    • Dealing with queries within Tristan
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders such as Tax Advisors and the relevant tax authorities
  • Review monthly staff payroll across multiple jurisdictions
  • Responsible for transfer pricing analysis
  • Regularly monitor new regulations, audit requests and general notices across our various tax jurisdictions
  • Support the senior team in tax planning and structuring


Skills/Experience

  • 3-5 years of strong technical tax experience
  • CTA, ATT or similar professional accounting qualification
  • Degree Educated
