An incredibly rare opportunity to join a boutique Accounting firm at a senior level with a clear and defined fast track route to Partner. With a friendly and supportive culture, this 50 person firm is based in the beautiful garden of England - Kent - and is looking to hire someone at either Manager or Senior Manager level with a background in Corporate Tax. The company are based on the fringes of Greater London and as such this role might appeal to someone looking to move closer to home.

With a broad range of smaller plc, SME and OMB clients, the firm can offer you the chance to work almost exclusively on Advisory work, with 1 on 1 mentoring from their Corporate Tax Partner. They have a specialist tax compliance team freeing you up to work on a range of Advisory and Consulting assignments typically linked to individuals and smaller businesses. There will also be the chance to work alongside their corporate finance team on a range of transactions such as MBOs, mergers, disposals and alike. Ultimately the firm are looking for someone who could progress quickly into a Partner designate with the chance to inherit a healthy portfolio of clients.

We're looking for someone with substantial corporate tax experience, likely gained in an Accounting firm or in industry and of course relevant professional qualifications - ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent. You'll need to be comfortable in a hands on role with the chance to gain exposure to some meaty commercial work. It goes without saying that you'll need to be comfortable talking to clients, providing advice and managing/mentoring a small team of accountants.
