Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently representing a Leeds based business for the role of Accounts Payable Manager!
The AP Manager will be responsible for leading the AP team, look to implement and improve processes and ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
For this role, they are looking for an experienced AP Manager/Supervisor, looking to take the next steps in their career and join an excellent company going through a period of growth.
For this role they will pay between £45,000 - £48,000.
In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage and oversee preparation for multicurrency payment runs ensuring correct purchase order and invoice approvals in expense management system, completing 1st review of payment details to ensure appropriate and accurate support in line with the company expense policy
- Lead the AP team in managing, training and process improvement
- Prepare and review AP aged creditors report monthly to ensure payments are allocated and direct debits have corresponding invoices vouched against them
- Monitor AP inbox to ensure internal and external queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Working with AP Assistant ensure supplier reconciliation are completed monthly
