A world leading media production business based in the heart of London is currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Manager to join their busy finance division.

You will be responsible for proactively managing an AP team of 4 including overseeing their workload, resolving queries and acting as a point of escalation; processing supplier invoices, payment runs, processing expenses and managing the team's training and personal development. In addition you will look after all creditor activity and reporting and will be a key player in implementation of process and system improvements within the P2P cycle.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading an accounts payable function; ideally you will have strong process improvement skills and a good people manager with the ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Strong Excel skills are essential and a thorough understanding of SAP would also be advantageous as the business will be undergoing an ERP system upgrade. You will have thorough understanding a multi- currency Accounts Payable function, preferably in a shared service environment.
