A global leading media group based in London is currently looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant to join international shared services division.

The Executive Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of duties including:

• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with senior stakeholders
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

• Update and maintain key contact lists
• Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations
• Consolidation of information from shared services across different countries
• Develop and maintain a monthly newsletter with countries to publish on intranet
• Build and keep up-to-date files for :
• Countries organisation Charts
• Heads of countries and all their direct reports employment contracts and benefits

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Ideally you will have the ability to well independently and as part of a team, you must have the ability to use your initiative and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels including senior management.
