One of the UK's leading residential property management companies are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to come on board, lead a team and have a significant impact on the business. The role will be on a permanent basis, and offers the opportunity to join a reputable company, in a role that offers a high level of responsibilty.

As part of the role you will review current processes within the organisation, as well as evaluate best practice and ensuring they are of optimal quality. Additionally, you will be liaising with key stakeholders within the organisation on usage and best practice. Your job as a Finance Systems manager will also require the managment of release and upgrade processes, as well as efficiently handling any escalated issues and resolving them punctually. You will be repsonsible for a team of administrators and analysts, leading their efforts and monitoring their progress and development.

You will be fully ACCA or CIMA qualified, with at least 5 years experience working on a variety of finance systems. In your current/previous role you will also have experience of effectively owning and managing relationships with suppliers. You will have in depth knowledge of financial controls and processes, with knowledge of Microsoft NAV or Coupa (desirable but not essential).
