A leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services, are looking for a graduate fund administrator to join their London office.

This is an entry level role and no depositary experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to progress within compliance/depositary/legal route, as this will give you the knowledge required to kick-start your career.

The successful candidate will be performing daily cash monitoring duties in accordance with AIFMD, working with in house specialises as required. They will also have to establish effective communication with clients, the relevant fund administrator, third party agents and professional advisors to support the depositary work being performed. So excellent communication skills are a necessity to succeed within this role. They will also be responsible for monitoring, managing and reporting to the depositary manager, any potential conflicts of interest.

This is an exciting time to join as the depositary function is rapidly increasing and the firm has plans to increase headcount by 3 within the next 12 months.

Requirements

• At least a 2.1 at university
• Strong excel skills
• Excellent organisational skills to meet all depositary deadlines
