An International Financial Services business is looking for an experienced Director of Business Change & Project Management. This role will be responsible for building PMO capability, driving operational performance improvement and providing rigorous governance for business change projects. Experience working in a Custodian or a Transfer Agency business is essential as the role will require in depth industry knowledge.

Responsibilities will include:

• Establish a global PMO governance framework and change management methodology
• Overseeing a diverse portfolio of change projects both internally and externally.
• Ensuring adequate project resource allocation
• Lead all planning and business case initiatives.
• Provide timely and accurate project status reports & risk management for senior stakeholders.
• Lead organisational process improvement projects ensuring both technical and non-technical solutions are inline with business strategy and target operating model
• Lead all testing and delivery phases ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure project documentation is accurately captured and documented.
• Building & leading a team of Project Managers, Change Managers and BAs

To be considered you must have:

• Extensive Project Management and PMO experience within custody or a transfer agency.
• Have led large scale process improvement and organisational change programmes.
• Comfortable managing multiple global projects simultaneously.
• Leading technology enabled transformations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage and influence c-suite executives
• PMP or Prince 2 qualification desired
