Great opportunity for a Head of Business Operations/ Systems Change to join an innovative Financial Services business in the Thames Valley.

The business has witnessed exponential growth this year and is looking to improve the Operational Processes to keep up with the sales demand.

The role will be varied, helping to identify areas to improve within the back/ middle office as well as looking into business wide systems improvement. As a green field role, you will be able to undertake a wide variety of tasks. Partnering with the CEO, you will be responsible for driving a performance improvement programme, spear heading best in class change solutions.

You will be possess experience in Operations, IT, Change and Process Excellence, ideally within Financial Services. This will initially be a standalone role, so you must be prepared to drive efficiency from the front.
