Start your job searchA multinational US Financial Services business based in Dublin is currently searching for a Head of Regulatory Reporting to join their large Finance team.
This business is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and as such, the responsibility for this role is to deliver all regulatory reports to the CBI (and Bank of Spain) including all statistical, prudential and liquidity reports.
Reporting into the CFO, You will manage a team of seven qualified accountants and review/sign off on all reconciliations and manage executive sign off on the prudential and liquidity returns. You will liaise with project and technology teams to manage upcoming changes to regulatory systems and communicate any/all regulatory requirements and limits to Treasury/Credit and any other areas as necessary. Additionally to this, you will also analyse all regulatory data, provide assessments of trends and explain variances to the Board of Directors.
You will also be expected to liaise with/attend seminars held by both the Irish Banking Federation and Central Bank.
The ideal candidate will have eight to ten years experience in accounting and regulatory reporting and have experience working in multinational environments. You will need experience of managing and developing high performing teams and be able to business partner with colleagues from different teams/areas.
