Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Financial Controller to cover a 12 month maternity leave for an international market leader in professional services. This role is based in Leeds at their UK head office and will focus on their main European business units.

As the Financial Controller you will work closely with the European Finance Director in the preparation and production of management/financial accounts, Tax and consolidation across 5 European entities. As part of the role it will be key that you can build and maintain key relationships across the business with divisional heads, auditors and operational colleagues.

You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience of Tax or VAT issues and have strong communication skills. It is an advantage if you have Cognos system skills but this is not essential, please apply for this role to be considered.
