Marks Sattin's Surrey office are happy to be working with a true employer of choice within Guildford, Surrey. As a payroll administrator you will sit in a payroll team of 8, and report into the Deputy Payroll Manager.
The Duties:
- Responsibility for designated business sections and payroll responsibilities affiliated with
- Responsible for monthly processing of your payroll subsidiary
- Validation of staff expenses including compliance with company policies and HMRC regulations
- Resolve any payroll issues across the whole of your portfolio
- To support and work collaboratively as part of the wider payroll team
- Responsible for payment of statutory payments and reconciliation of payroll
The Candidate:
- Must have previous experience working within a payroll team in an operational role, of at least 2 years
- A strong understanding of MS Office, and the ability to pick up new systems
- Have a working knowledge or understanding of current payroll legislation
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as taking ownership of individual work
